38th Annual PAN Philadelphia Neurosurgery Conference

This co-provided conference provides the latest updates on topics in neurosurgery including stroke, epilepsy, neuroimaging, movement disorders, spinal disease, CNS tumors and more.

Join expert faculty as they discuss innovations in preventing, treating, and managing neurological conditions. The faculty will address challenges and current controversies in spine, functional neurosurgery, neurosurgical-oncology, skull base neurosurgery, and neurovascular surgery.

Panel discussions on the futures of these areas will be explored. Each panel will examine how advances in these disciplines can significantly impact neurosurgical practice.

Successful Completion
To successfully complete this activity, the required evaluation must be completed no later than Thursday, December 24, 2026. Thereafter, the evaluation will no longer be available and credits will not be issued. No refunds will be offered for failure to complete the required evaluation by the stated deadline.

1. Evaluate recent advances in neurosurgical techniques, imaging, and adjuvant therapies to apply evidence-based strategies that improve diagnostic accuracy and surgical outcomes.
2. Analyze emerging evidence in skull base, spine, functional, vascular, and tumor neurosurgery to update treatment paradigms and integrate new surgical techniques into practice.
3. Incorporate novel technologies, intraoperative tools, and treatment paradigms into clinical practice to enhance safety, efficiency, and long-term outcomes for patients with neurological disorders.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received in the Office of CPD two weeks prior to the start date of the course. There will be no refunds after this period.*  Cancellations notified before the two week time frame will incur a 25% administration fee (with a minimum of $20).  Registrants who fail to attend the conference are responsible for the entire fee.  All refunds will be processed after the conference.  The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone this course due to unforeseen circumstances.  In the event of cancellation or postponement, the University will refund registration fees, but is not responsible for related costs or expenses to participants, including cancellation fees assessed by hotels, airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will be refunded less a 15% administration fee to international conference registrants who are unable to secure a travel visa. Dress Code
The Union League of Philadelphia has a strict dress code that must be followed. Read the complete Union League dress code.

Men
Jacket and tie are strongly preferred. Jacket and collared shirt are required at all times on the first floor members-only section of the League House.

Not Permitted: turtlenecks shirts, collared shirts open more than one button, untucked shirts, jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, and flip-flops.

Women
Business suits, tailored pant or skirt ensembles and dresses.
Not Permitted: spandex, open midriffs, halter tops, shorts, leggings, extremely short hemlines (not more than 3” above the knee), jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, and flip-flops.

Business casual attire: Defined as a collared shirt and pressed slacks for men and comparable attire for women.

Cell Phones, PDAs, Laptops, Digital Readers

Cell phones, personal digital assistants, and other similar devices may only be used in the Business Center or private meeting rooms except that the brief and discrete use of cell phones and PDAs are permitted but discouraged, in the Smoking Room, Business Café (located in the back of the Old café) and the main hallways. Reading with digital readers is permitted in all areas of the League house. Laptops and other similar devices may only be used in the Business Center, the Business Cafe and private meeting rooms. The use of speakerphones is prohibited, and all cell phone, PDA, and laptop alerts must be silenced throughout the League House except in private rooms.

Faculty-led presentations and expert panel discussions will examine the latest innovations and controversies across spine surgery, functional neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, and neurovascular surgery.

Application Deadline
Applications for exhibiting will be accepted through November 13, 2026. After November 13, 2026, applications may be accepted on a case by case basis.

Exhibitor Rules

• Exhibitor is not providing commercial support for this activity; they are purchasing exhibit space only.

• All exhibits must be tabletop or portable in nature.

• Exhibitor activities are restricted to the designated space at the conference. Distribution of educational/promotional materials by the exhibitors is limited to their booth space in the exhibit area. It is not permitted anywhere else in the hall, conference meeting space, or at the entrances to the conference meeting space.

• Exhibits are intended for informational purposes only; products should not be sold onsite.

• Photography by exhibitors that include images of the conference or its attendees is prohibited.

• The purpose of the exhibit is to support attendee education through product and service displays and demonstrations. Exhibitor personnel may observe scientific sessions but may not participate in or record them on behalf of their company.

• Thomas Jefferson University is not responsible for the security of exhibitors’ materials. Exhibitors are advised not to leave valuables (e.g., laptops, cell phones) unattended at any time.

Cancellation by Conference Organizers
If the conference is cancelled, the organizers are not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by exhibitors. The full exhibit fee paid by the company will be refunded.

Exhibitor Refund Request
Requests for exhibitor fee refunds must be submitted in writing and received by the Office of Continuing Professional Development (OCPD) at least one month before the conference start date. Cancellations received before this deadline will incur a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after this period. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
