Bimonthly review of current critical care trials published in relevant medical journals.

1. Attendees will apply their new knowledge in clinical practice to improve patient care
2. Attendees will critically appraise journal articles relevant to critical care
3. Attendees will debate selected articles in an open, academic setting.

In support of improving patient care, Thomas Jefferson University is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

 

 

Nurses: This activity awards 1.00 nursing contact hours.

Physicians Assistants:

 

Thomas Jefferson University has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 1.00 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

To successfully complete this activity, the required evaluation must be completed annually.
