Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy (BMTCT) Multidisciplinary Clinical Meeting (July 2023 - June 2024)

Weekly meeting reviewing BMTCT patients and their plan of care by the multidisciplinary team- BMTCT Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Apheresis, Cell Therapy Lab, Nursing, Pharmacy and Social Work. Items reviewed include: -Patient diagnosis, co-morbidities -Eligibility for BMT, Cellular Therapy -Apheresis BMT/cell product collection goals for donor/recipient -Donor/Recipient HLA matching -BMT timing based on disease status, psychosocial support -BMT work-up and organ function testing -Optimal Pre-BMT conditioning chemotherapy- intensity, regimen (chemotherapy, radiation, both)

1. The learner will apply new Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular therapy treatment options into practice.
2. The learner will evaluate potential cellular therapy and bone marrow transplant options for patients.

In support of improving patient care, Thomas Jefferson University is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Physicians: This educational activity is designated for a maximum of 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ^TM . Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses: This activity awards 1.00 nursing contact hours.
