Christie L. Morgan, MD, MS, is a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon. Dr. Morgan completed her undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University. She received her Master of Science at Georgetown University. She received her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Boston University Medical Center.  

 

Dr. Morgan a Senior Staff Surgeon in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Henry Ford Health. She is the Chief Quality Officer at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital and the Graduate Medical Education Director of Patient Safety and Quality Improvement at Henry Ford Hospital. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University School of Medicine.  

 

Dr. Morgan has a long record of service, advocacy, and leadership within organized medicine at the local, state, and national levels. She has previously served as Secretary of the Otolaryngology Section Council at the American Medical Association. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Salivary Gland Committee. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the American Board of Medical Specialties Ethics and Professionalism Committee.
